A plain description of what this site collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. Last updated 2026.
What this site collects
The free assessment asks for a first name, an email address, and, optionally, a phone number, submitted voluntarily by the visitor when they choose to see or save their results. Nothing is collected before that point, and none of it is required to browse the rest of the site.
How the assessment stores your answers
As you work through the assessment, your answers and results are stored in your own browser, using a feature called localStorage. That data stays on your device and is not sent anywhere unless and until you submit the contact form at the end. If you clear your browser data, or use a different device or browser, that local history will not be there.
The Root Tracker works the same way. Daily check-ins, streaks, and notes you log in the Root Tracker are also stored only in your own browser's localStorage. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
What happens if you submit the form
If you choose to submit your name, email, and optional phone number, that information is used to send you your assessment results and related health education email. You can unsubscribe from that email at any time using the link included in it, or by emailing us directly.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to a third-party server when a page loads. We are not aware of any other third-party tracking on this site.
Requesting deletion
To request that we delete any contact information you submitted, email info@seaywellness.com and we will remove it from our records. Because assessment answers stored only in your browser never reach us, clearing your own browser data is the way to remove those.
What this policy does not claim
This is a general information website with an educational assessment, not a patient portal or a treatment platform, and information submitted through it should not be understood as protected health information under HIPAA. We do not claim any particular security certification or encryption standard beyond what is described here. This policy does not describe a cookie consent system, and it does not make any claim of GDPR or CCPA compliance.
Changes to this policy
This is a general information policy, not legal advice, and it may be updated from time to time as the site changes. Questions about it can be sent to info@seaywellness.com.
